Adobe has posted two videos showing sneak previews of features incorporated into the new Creative Suite 6 onto the Photoshop YouTube channel. Adobe Senior Product Manager, Bryan O’Neil Hughes, shows the power of the new camera RAW engine (which is the same as that incorporated into the Lightroom 4 beta), the ability to change the user interface in Photoshop and the new interactivity within the brush tools. Photoshop Product Manager, Zorana Gee previews the effects of being able to run processes on the GPU. This allows for background saving to occur, and for a cleaner response to user inputs. She uses the liquify feature to demonstrate this.
Release dates and prices for Creative Suite 6 are still to be announced.
