Previewed at DEMA, Sea&Sea has announced their MDX housing for the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV. The new housing offers levers for important controls, dampers to ensure that the command dial controls do not slip and the shutter release tension is adjustable. The MDX-5D Mark IV is compatible with Sea&Sea’s Optical YS Converter (in manual mode only currently), ports and viewfinders.

Canon announces the EOS 5D Mark IV and updated 16-35mm lens

Canon has finally announced the specifications of the much rumored EOS 5D Mark IV SLR camera. It has a new 30.4MP full frame sensor with a native ISO of 100 to 32,000, full 4K video at 24p or 30p, Dual Pixel AF in video and Live View modes and 61 AF points with 41 cross-points. Fast processing by the DIGIC 6+ processor allows up to 6fps. Canon has also announced an updated version of their popular 16-35mm lens. The EF 16-35mm f/2.8L III USM Ultra-Wide Zoom lens has improved durability and coatings.
