Aquatica has announced (PDF) their housing for the Sony a7r Mark III. It features spring loaded and set centering controls, along with an AF-ON butting that can be accessed while the user also releases the shutter. There is a new method of using the camera’s joystick and strobe triggering options include Nikonos, Ikelite or optical connections.
Aquatica ships AD850 housing for Nikon D850
Aquatica (PDF) are shipping their housing for the Nikon D850. It is machined with Aquatica’s new 5-axis milling machine, which has made in 12% lighter than their D800/D810 housings. It features self aligning controls and ergonomic access to camera functions including a redesigned lever for AF-ON and a low profile ISO lever.
FStoppers reviews the Aquatica Water Wizard remote trigger
Jennifer Tallerico has reviewed the Aquatica Water Wizard for FStoppers. The Water Wizard is a housing for the Pocket Wizard III Transceiver, used for remotely trigger above water lighting. Tallerico used a 15-foot sync-cord from her Ikelite housing to the Water Wizard floating on the surface for testing in a pool environment.

Aquatica announces housing for Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II
Aquatica has announced their new housing for the Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mk II mirrorless camera. The AE-M1 Mk II offers lever controls for REC and Fn2 buttons and all menu navigation buttons have been moved closer to the edge of the housing. It can be supplied with an opto-electrical converter, Nikonos or Ikelite strobe triggering, has “self finding” controls and a magnetic camera saddle.

Aquatica has announced (pdf) their housing for the Sony a6500 mirrorless camera. It will ship with an adjustable tray and two handles and is designed to be used with or without handles. Flash options include fiber, Nikonos or Ikelite bulkheads and there is an optional under camera saddle power pack available.

Aquatica announces housing for EOS 5D Mark IV
Aquatica has released details of their forthcoming housing for the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera. The A5DMk IV has improved ergonomics, with the “SET” button being repositioned and a new button added for the AF Area control. Strobe triggering can be via optional Ikelite TTL control (with Ike strobes) and the housing supports Aquatica’s port range.
Aquatica announces housing for EOS 1D-X Mark II
Aquatica are shipping their housing for the Canon EOS-1D X Mark II. The A1DXMarkII has easy to reach controls, video on/off via a lever on the right hand side, the company’s new lens gear system and is shipping with vacuum circuitry, bulkhead and pump as standard. Strobe triggering is via electrical bulkhead and the new housing is compatible with all Aquatica’s existing lens ports.
