Review: CineBags Underwater Dome Port Pouches and Tool Bags

In late 2016, CineBags Underwater released a series of pouches specifically designed to protect lens ports and other underwater imaging equipment in transit. The range includes pouches for different sized dome and macro ports, housing carriers/portable rinse tanks and tool bags. Wetpixel was able to test their Jumbo Dome Port and Tool Pouches, along with the company’s Neoprene Work Mat during recent trips.

Daan Verhoeven has published a review on Behance of the Sigma Art 20mm 1.4 lens on a Sony a7R II underwater. The lens has a minimum focus distance of 28mm in this set-up and is well known for creating creamy, blurry backgrounds and buttery bokeh. Verhoeven says that he was interested in purchasing the lens to use for underwater portraits.
