Hi
I am a beginner to underwater photography, but have had some success shooting on dry land with a small 12MP fujifilm. I was just wondering what everyones opinions were on the Intova sports 8 or intova CP8. I have seen them both in a local photo shop for a reasonable price (including housing). I have seen some photos that have been taken from the intova sports 8 and they look quite good.
Has anyone had any problems with them, and are they suitable to be an all round camera (dry land shooting as well as underwater?)
I'm looking for a camera that hasnt got a millions different settings for light and shutter speed etc, but I do want a camera that has some variation to its settings and can be used in many different situations.
I havent fully researched many brands, and am planning to go to a local underwater photography store to have a proper look into what is available, and hopefully get some much needed advice on where to start
any suggestions would be VERY welcome!
