Body: EM1MKii. Housing: Nauticam

I'm trying to keep things light and compact.

I have pretty much worked out which lenses I want to take with me for serious shoots:

Olympus 8mm 1.8

Olympus 12-40mm 2.8

Olympus 30mm 3.5 Macro

Olympus 60mm 2.8 Macro

I've been using the 12-40 on land and would love to get it underwater. I don't have to 8mm yet, but I do have the Panasonic 8mm and the 4.33" Dome (36132). My plan is to sell that lens and buy the Oly, but keep the 36132 port. Going by official Nauticam Port Charts and what I can make of the Zen charts, it seems like the least I could bring would be:

36135 (for 30mm)

36135+36620 (for 60mm)

36132+36620 (for 8mm)

36129 (for 12-40mm)

I was just wondering if anyone has found a simpler port setup that would work with all these lenses. The 30mm is the least important, but I'd still like it as an option. The pics of the 36129 in particular do not look like it would fit in my carry-on, but I really want to accommodate that lens, as I always bring it for land and have grown to really like it. For instance, is there a dome that might reasonably be used for both the 8mm & the 12-40mm?

On a related note, if anyone is interested in a pristine Pany 8mm or a good condition 14-42mm+gear+36163, let me know.

In my case, I use an Olympus housing and an Inon 170mm dome designed for the old 4/3 system with the 12-40 (with a 2" extension and a port adapter to go from the old 4/3 ports to the new OMD housings) and the Oly 8mm FE (no extension, but with the port adapter).  You can adapt that dome to Nauticam, but I'm not sure where the extension rings will go.  It's worth looking into as that dome port is about 600 bucks- a lot cheaper than other glass domes.  It also works with my Panasonic 8-18, and I used it in the past with an Olympus 7-14 Pro lens.  For macro, I use the Olympus PPO-EP03 port for both the 30mm and 60mm lenses.  That gives me 2 ports for everything; I assume you could find a similar macro solution for Nauticam, but I mention that as more of a proof of concept as I don't know exactly what that would look like for you.

Hi bmorescuba,

I have the EM5MII with Nauticam housing. I use almost the same lenses, just the 45mm Pana Macro instead of the 30mm Macro - all with 2 ports and 3 extensions:

Ports:          1.:Zen-DP170-N120 (important: N120 version without any extension!)

                   2.: Nauticam 45 Macro Port (N85 mount)

1.: 30mm N120/N85 adapter/extension

for use with Zuiko 8mm FE Pro. Note that this adapter does not have a lock as the original Nauticam ones (Other manufacturers, however, do also not have a lock).

Instead of this adapter, you could also use the new Nauticam 34.7mm adapter (with lock): https://www.nauticam...ter-ultra-0-71x

The extension is 4.7mm longer, but I tested it and it does not vignette with the 8mm Zuiko and the DP170 dome (in addition you could use Canon EF mount lenses with a Metabones adapter on your Oly when you wanted then (e.g.: Canon 8-15mm fisheye :) ))...

2.: 60mm N120/N85 adapter/extension from Nauticam

for use with Zuiko 12-40mm (very good IQ!). Could be used also for Pana 7-14mm or Zuiko 9-18mm (probably also Pana 8-18mm, but you have to check in the port chards).

3.: 20mm Mini extension from Nauticam (N85)

For using the 45 Planport with Zuiko 60mm Macro (30mm Macro without this extension).

Add a 20mm extension and you can use the 60mm macro as well.  This is the port chart:for Zen N85:
