Can anyone identify this goby pair from Ambon Bay, Indonesia?

It looks like a Tomiyamichthys species to me. Most similar to T. lanceolatus but they typically have two dark spots on the back of the first dorsal fin (there is actually a picture of one from you on the internet). I don't know if the black spots can be absent based on behaviour or gender but I don't see good alternatives.
