Hi Guys,
I have the following gear, just purchased and am due a trip to Egypt in a week. Will do some crash courses online, however basic settings would be helpful. This is what I have:
Olympus OMD EM-1
Olympus PT-PE11 housing + PPO EP-01 Port
M.Zuiko 14-42 F3.5-5.6II R Lens
Olympus Wet lens adaptor
Subsee +10 macro wet lens
Sola L&M video 2500
Sola L&M video 1200
ULCS Trays and Arms

Found a lot of settings using strobes but am limited to my video lights G for this dive... Any suggestions would be helpful. Specific to Macro & Portraits. Wide angle would pretty much be out at this time.

I've not tried macro photography with video lights, but my guess is that I'd probably start out shooting aperture priority to ensure decent depth of field (as high as possible if using the Subsee) but watch shutter speed to avoid motion blur while keeping ISO below 400 or so.   Then with a little practice, figure out the manual settings for all three and leave them there. Portraits with that lens can be shot with the aperture open as wide as you like.  I'd probably try to position the video lights similarly to strobes, i.e. angled outward to minimize backscatter.  Assemble the system and practice settings and positions on a tabletop before you go.  That is all the amateur advice I've got!

There's lots of great info in the general E-M1 thread here:

Most of the info on settings from coroander's comprehensive list should be applicable also:

Another good list of settings here:
