When you see a full boat of chinese divers wearing knees protectors to avoid damage while taking pictures you know the war is lost...

Wow!!!! This isn't super cool. I'm about to purchase a Sony a7rii may I ask what kind of setup you were using (lens, strobes?) thanks

FE 90mm OSS + Nauticam SMC-2 + Scubalamp VK6PRO lights...

How are you holding your camera that stable?

Only way is using a tripod...

I have bought the v6k pros from taxidiver actually and I like them but cannot for the life of me figure out why they make these 110 beam angle lights, just like everyone else is saying.
If someone were to make a 90 degree light with the same specs I’d jump on it right away.
I haven’t actually seen the gates lights in action but I wouldn’t be surprised if the only difference separating them and the scubalamp ones are the beam angle echoing what trickster says making a huge difference.

It would however be very interesting to have the v6k pros tested to see if they actually output 12k which I am sure the more repetuable brands like the gates and keldan do.

Same power as Keldan with 5 or 10 minutes less of autonomy...

Actually I wote to Scubalamp if we have any way to change the glass to a flat one to reduce de the beam angle... I think they move in wrong direction.
