How much of nauticam accessories do you have? Like vacuum? Likely they will be transferable.

Hi hellhole, Sony 16-35 F/4 of 2.8 AOV is 107-63 degrees, Sony 12-24 F/4 is 122-84 degrees. The upside for the zooms is the range of coverage and bot are rectilinear lenses. Because they require a port in the 200-230mm range they are also ideal for split images. The Sony 28mmm F/2 and WWL-1 combo is wider, easer to travel with and cheaper overall. WWL-1 does not work on Sony full frame with the 28-70, this can only be used with the more expensive Nauticam WACP.

Thanks.. is this a knowledge that we can calculate? Or something that your just know :)

Can I jump on this thread to ask about something that I can't seem to find an answer to...

How is the angle produced by a 16-35 vs a 28mm with wwl? I remember that nauticam says that the 28mm with wwl give you about 130 degree angle. What does a 16-35 produce? And the 12-24?

How can I find out, through some calculation I guess, the different pov degree of lenses like 28mm, 60mm, etc?

The Vivid Sentinel isn't quite like that, Chris. There's a rubber/plasticky cover (under a screw dustcap) that you just nudge gently to one side to release the vacuum (f there's such a thing as releasing a vacuum). It's feasible that it might not re-seat properly (worth checking toni) but not very likely. The dustcap is the screw down part but that is only a dustcap and not part of the valve mechanism.

I think the right understanding is letting air back into the housing.
