How fast is the 17-55 lens?

the 17-55 is a constant f2.8. I'm trying to avoid taking photos of everything I have so much. Both of these items are in excellent condition so they look exactly like the manufactors pictures.

Its a airplane carry-on size, that you can carry as a backpack. It works for me as my luggage is already on wheels. In addition to holding a ton of gear it also has a compartment for your Laptop.
