Canon Kiss digital X (also known as XTI and 400D)
18-55 kit lens
Original Canon grip + spare battery.
Ikelite housing for Canon 400D. The housing was flooded once 5 years ago, but since then I had it serviced 2 times, including upgrade to 4 clips configuration and had more then 100 dives without any problem.
Ikelite flat port 5502, fits the kit lens and Canon 60 macro.
Ikelite 6" dome port 5503, fits the kit lens and Tokina 10-17 fisheye. This port had some scratches which had been removed by polishing.

All the above for 1150$ plus shipping

Yes, This is still available. I will take 500$ for the housing, 50$ for each port. I also have 8" dome and Ikelite strobes and cables, if you are interested.
