Ok, so we find this new dive site that is literally popping up turtles everywhere - and chockful of sharks, barracudas, groupers, etc. So I take my S70 and Sunpak G-Flash over, planning to get some shots in... and the blasted strobe floods. No errors on my part - that door design kicks in again.

Shame that an otherwise really good value flash is ruined because of a lousy battery compartment door.

The good news is that I just checked, and the postman has delivered 2 Inon Z240s from Yuzo. And my Aquatica housing should be on its way soon... :)

I have seen quite a few of those covers pop underwater before. Not exactly the best and sturdiest design.

Have fun with the new setup... =)
