Thanks Patrick.

No worries, it's the title of the post "Photo Workshop - Grand Cayman JAN 2008, with Alex Mustard" should be 2009 right:)

It's re-cycling old posts - very ethical and green.

Lesley says you owe her dinner for this one Alex....

Just an update from OF. We're getting pretty full now, thanks. To those of you who have contacted Ocean Frontiers, but not yet paid a deposit please do so as soon as possible. Only the deposit will secure a place.

Hi Alex

Do you know if there are still places available on this workshop? I emailed the address on your link and got an automated reply: "out of office until 29th july"

Cheers!
Tamsin

Hi!

Are you the Tamsin who's a member of the BUPG (Bristol) group?

(There can't be that many Tamsin's in Somerset!)

UPDATE.

As a result of Lesley being away while people were trying to book - we ended up receiving 15 deposits before we were able to close bookings for the trip. So rather than disappoint anyone and run at over capacity I have agreed to limit the first week to 12 people, as promised, and to run a second week from the 24th-31st January. The only downside of this is no manatees for me next January :drink:

Week 1 is full. But week 2 is now open for bookings and there are 8 places available. I hope you can join us.

Hi Basim,

Me and my friend Reini are the other buddy team of the second week. I hope by then I'll have a functional nexus housing for my D300, on the first round it came with the wrong port (long story) no pictures in Cocos :-(
I'm looking forward meeting you and Lisa and apparently also Jeff.
Alex, I'm sorry to hear that you will not be able to do the manatees as a result as I intend to do that myself after the workshop. Once you've done it, it becomes an addiction. It is one of the most amazing experience to snorkel with those gentle creatures (thank you Carol :-) ).

Sadly, 2 weeks is the limit. I already have commitments, which is why I had to cancel the manatees.

Just a heads up. Contintental Airlines has moved some Cayman flights around so your flight aircraft and times may have changed. They seem to be too busy to let everyone know so it's worth checking. Guess they figure we like surprises.

Six weeks and counting,
Steve
