Arnon - we've fixed the issue. Previously, we were forcing you to stay on the same ip address for each session. Can you give it a try now?

Sorry its midnight now here, I'll check it in 8 hours.

Update: still the same, need login every IP change

Eric and the WetPixel Web Team,

Seems a lot faster for me. Love the new cleaner look!
Like the new logos and all the little upgrades here and there. Very cool.

Cheers!

What exactly are you clicking? It's probably because the image filename has quote characters in it, but i cant reproduce it so far.

I find I have to login for each session. I'm using a dialup broadband account at home so am I assigned a new IP for each session?.

I'm just trying to edit some text. Happens with Quick Edit and Full Edit Choices, so essentially does not allow me to edit the post, I have to cancel the edit.

Im getting it as well with IE, not with Firefox. IE seems to strip everything after the first ', and thus the image ends up bad. Try fixing this with firefox by renaming the image to something without quote characters in it. That's a bad habit anyways, as quote characters are pretty dangerous to use as file names.

OK, I'll try later at home - I've been using Safari.
I just copied the instructions for posting for Flickr from Eric except using my Picassa gallery.

Here's the problem. Look at the filename of the image. You'll see 2 ' characters. You should remove those from the filename. Something is getting confused by them.

Oh my word... This is like rocket science going on here. It's all worse than Greek to me, totally mind bogglin' stuff.

Anyway, it's going great guns here in Frisco, even for a not so literate computer guy like me, though let's see how it worx when I get back to Indo!

Has anyone tried using Wetpixel from a slow connection yet?

Hey Graham, eric is flying back to CA now, close to you from the looks of it ^_^

Cor, Eric and I have been hanging out, today we're off to catch up with Norb in Fremont! He was telling me all the upgrade work he was doing with you in Holland!

When I am using "View New Posts" I sometimes try to open the page so I can view messages from the past week and not just today. Often when I do this I get the following message:

"The error returned was:

Sorry, the board administrator has enabled search flood control. Please wait at least 20 seconds before trying again."

Any reason for this?

You probably did 2 searches quickly. The 'New Posts' is just a search. It wants 20 seconds in between searches to make sure people cant flood the board with search queries.

Hi

When I go to my control panel to view my subscribed posts, they don't seem to be updating with the new posts.
Well actually, now I look, the date of the last post changes, but the icon stays pale, not going bold to flag up the new post

Any one else reported this?

Cheers
