I have an older SeaCam housing (Canon 1ds MkII) with several ports, viewfinder, and accessories. I may update or sell the ports and viewfinder. Has SeaCam changed anything or will the ports and viewfinder fit a new SeaCam housing?

Yes they will fit. There are, however, newer viewfinders that are a bit slimmer.
