Just wanted to get an idea if anyone out there would be up for wetpixel sponsored digital photo/video workshop? I'm talking to a friend about a 5-day liveaboard trip -- with lots of equipment to try out (digital photo and video setups).

Can't be more specific right now, but it will probably be next fall (late October-ish).

There would be lots of equipment on board. ;)

What?

I can only handle one trip a year with you. Unless you want to sponsor me? Actually I hope to be able to dive with you and the usual group annually as it is a blast. Looking forward to July!

Seriously, I think you must read my mind as I was going to suggest you consider something like this. I think it is a great idea and would be interested if I win the lottery.

I'd be happy to help promote it in Canada if you want. I will warm up the dog sled in anticipation of a cross country tour.

Being an Chartered Accountant...

Canadian laws would probably permit it based on the fact that I see you do promote yourself and have a body of work that shows quality. You actively spend time at it but, the key is to show that there is a reasonable expectation of profit. You tell me? Remember the saying about free advice...

US HQIG2C I would have to research.
