Hello everyone!

Wanted to announce two new Digital Underwater Photography Workshops for 2006.

Top pros Tim Rock and Chris Bangs will be joining me in Yap at the Manta Ray Bay Hotel for an exciting and informative week long workshop from July 12-19th, 2006.

Join us for great company and the chance to take the photo of a lifetime of one of Yap's majestic manta rays.

The second workshop is scheduled for October 8-14th, 2006 on the beautiful island of Bali at the Scuba Seraya resort near Tulamben. Tim Rock and Mike Veitch will be hosting this workshop at the home of the famous Liberty Wreck. Bali is world famous for its bizarre marine life and is a great place to learn first hand from the pros and take home photos of some of the most sought after subjects of every underwater photographer.

Both of these workshops will be fun filled, relaxed affairs with plenty of time to socialize and enjoy the great diving that each location has to offer. (Hey, they both have bars don't they! :) )
So, please join us for a great holiday and the chance to improve your underwater photo skills.

Hi Folks,

Mike and I have picked weeks in Yap and Bali that should be optimum for water clarity and animal activity.

The high incoming tide in Yap means great cleaning action for the mantas in Gufnuw Channel.

And in Bali, the ocean sunfish (tropical molamolas) migrate up the east coast this time of year and are seen at Batu Niti near Scuba Seraya.

Plus, both locales are excellent for macro.

We are excited to be offering these courses at such superb facilities for underwater photographers and will work hard to make sure everyone goes home with a nice portfolio and good memories and some far-fetched sea stories.

Best,

Tim of the Deep

That's great, I've been to Bali twice, but wouldn't mind going again, especially now with digital!

I may be headed to Indonesia at that time of the year, and it is possible that I can extend the trip for a week. Mike, Tim, is this filling up quickly? I can't give a final answer very soon.

Hey Luiz, it is filling up pretty quick actually.
