As far as I have been able to find out, I cant buy a +4 splitfield lens with 77mm diameter. Largest appears to be ø72mm :) But I got a regular close up +4, and I figured it could be cut in half. However I am unabel to find any optical workshop who are willing to give it a try, they expect the lens to crack or otherwise endup broken.

Anyone can tell my where/how to have it split. Or where I can buy one the right size?

thanks

The Subal split field is 77mm. I purchased mine from Backscatter a while back.

Subal does indeed make the size you need.

Thanks all. Now if only the Subal rep here in Norway would dignify me with an answer (to my email) as to how much is costs...
