Peter, you'll probably be the first one in to get it UW and you'll be drinking the beer yourself.

Greetz,
The CopyCat
P.S. Things to consider: would there be a modification possible where both cameras would fit?

Nice one Kees. I didn't realise it was so small when I did my comparison. Clever idea.
Thanks,
But see my post above, I just do ctrl-C ctrl-V

And Kasey, it wouldn't surprise me at all that SD was the only option...

Also, if you look at the top-down view on engadget, you can see on the mode dial that it has a lot of amateur "scene modes." Looks "prosumer."

Would Nikon really build a camera more advanced than the D70s with an SD card as the only option. I hope not...
Hey Kasey great point. ( haven't heard from you for a while hows it all going under the carribean)
I am inclined to think that this is replacement for the D70 & D50 . SD only really says a lot about the positioning of this product.
Certainly makes good sense to me that the range would be consumer D80 , a prosumer D200 and Professional D2X..
While we're speculating anybody wanta to have a guess at when the Pro upgrade will be ?
