After driving 4 hours and thinking I would get to go to the Texas Flower Gardens for the first time (I'm 0/7), the weather did the usual for this time of year, it did't cooperate or do what it was forecast to do.
One of the "would be" divers is the art director of a new magazine called Shark Diver. It looks to be very professionally done with some great shark photos. It is definitely worth a checkout.

I see some video from my good friend Jim Abernethy. Looks interesting as they say they are trying to dispel Hollywood stereotypes. May be a step in the right direction.
Now You have me thinking about my return trip with Jim this July.
Thanks for the post.

Jimmy (Abernethy) has an article in the first issue, and I should have some photos in the second.

Outstanding Eric!! Congrats on that.
I really look forward to seeing that. I like seeing photos in magazines that I can say I was there when they shot that. Next step...my photos and others saying they were there when I shot the photo.
Maybe I should think about a subscription. Again, congrats. I'll have to email Jimmy.
Jimmy just emailed me about it. He is the man when it comes to sharks.
