Talk about a crazy diver story. A diver was netted by a fish trawler by accident off the Dorset Coast. He went through the tin can (hyperbaric chamber) for DCS and has been discharged. Another reason to have a surface float when diving. I've been lined up while diving at a pier once, but this would be utterly scary since trawler nets are impossible to cut free and you could drown waiting for them to pull you up. Incredible!

It gets better. Just 3 months ago, another 2 divers were caught in fishing nets off Dorset and had to cut themselves free. Apparently Dorset is the hotbed of diver deaths in the UK due to the strong currents and now fish nets.

Yeah,
Not just happy with trawling marine creatures, corals and undiscovered animals their now turning on us divers
Perhaps we are depleting the fish stocks...!!!
