Ain't no way I can compete with the shots just posted by James Watt, but here's a few shots I got this weekend at Monterey, CA.

"Ok, just stay there until I get this shot. No, don't worry that a harbor seal is chewing on your BC...I gotta get this shot!" :)

It was more or less like that. We had two of these critters
dive bomb us through out the dive. You're seeing the best of
my ~30 shots. Most of the others are, overexposed, underexposed,
seal butt.... This is one situation where I think TTL may have helped.
I had no way of planning the distance of the next shot, and no time
to adjust.

I think the first one is stunning! Congratulations.

Others are cool as well, but the seal face really does it for me.

I've gotten divebombed, my fins nipped, and blown bubbles at by California Sealions, but never by Harbor seals. They are usually pretty shy. Looks like you lucked out.

Just realized that I gave the wrong link to my Monterey photos,
and nobody pointed this out to me!

The correct link is

http://fototime.com/...689EA774D23BF2F

It's also been corrected above.
