I'm finally done. Enjoy! I'm going to sleep for a few hours.

Hope you had a good kip Eric, I'd say you earned it!
I did notice on the Sea&Sea and Nexus pages you seem to have made a bit of a mistake on the 5D housing controls summary.
I can't really speak for Nexus, but on the S&S DX-5D the black flappy paddle is mapped onto the * button, just like our old DX30/60s. I know this for definite because most dives I leave the custom function 4 on 3 so that I have 1-touch AF on the black paddle. I only shift it if I need AF Servo.
The button that's left on the back of the housing is the focus point select that I never use underwater.
Is suspect the Nexus housing uses the same mapping, as it does have a small black lever on the right side. It doesn't have such a huge lever under your thumb like the DX-5D, but I'd be surprised if that was the FP select control on that.
Feel free to surprise me though. If its the FP select on the lever I reckon Nexus should think about changing it.
Otherwise excellent coverage. It is nice to see so many housing companies thinking much harder about both viewfinder quality and control ergonomics. It's a shame Subal haven't moved the wheel control on the 5D housing like they have on the 30D one.

My eyes are playing tricks with me or something. I managed to totally misread both of those sections. I guess I'd assumed you were listing problems, not problems and benefits. Please accept my humble apologies.
Anybody got a monitor dioptre I could borrow?
If can offer a bit of information in exchange, the DX-5D housing manual does actually list an enlarged control knob for the top knob (front command dial) that may make it easier to reach. I can actually reach the rear wheel control with my thumb, but my hands are large. I can also get my thumb to the top knob, but a larger knob would make it easier - as would better positioning as you imply.
