Does anyone have experience with putting a d70s nikon camera into a sea and sea dx70 housing? Will the housing controls work? any issues with this combo?

Prior to a flood earlier this year I put my D70s into my Aquatica D70 housing - controls were all the same - no problems other than minor LCD viewfinder differences. I thought it was a significant upgrade in the same body type ... and then it met a watery grave. Now I am using a D200 and Aquatica housing - and of course Nikon announces the D300. You can never win. Good luck.

The D70 & D70s are identical twins as far as housing goes. yes indeed the "S" version was a decisive upgrade,

Still Nikon has less of a "flavor of the month" approach than its competitor Canon, hard to keep up with theses guys from a design & manufacturing stand point. Well I guess it keep us lean and fit

Does any one have any PERSONAL experiences with a d70s nikon camera inside the sea and sea DX70 HOUSING? I hate to buy a d70s and find out it won't work.

i am using the DX-D70 Housing with my Nikon D70s.
