Well I'm out of here. My wife and I are leaving for cozumel early tomorrow morning with 2 housed d60s and misc ports + strobes.
We're being brave and leaving the film cameras+housings behind. Packing was difficult - the new housings are a lot larger than the old ones
and there are a lot more things such as battery chargers to worry about. OTOH we don't have to carry all the plastic bags of film though security clearance!

Practice, we don't need no stinking practice. Besides, who could lift a housed D60 with two strobes and hold it long enough to get a picture. On the other hand, there is some recent TV ad that showed a mock fashion show and some of the photogs shooting the models were using housed cameras. Probably they just look cool.
