I think I've figured out how to make it work with a Seacam rig! The setup below is for a trip I'm taking tomorrow to Hawaii to shoot waves with Norb Wu. I'll also get on a boat for snorkeling with Frank Baensch.
If I were traveling with strobes, I would replace the big lenses in the Urban Disguise bag with strobes, arms/clamps, and chargers.

I put chargers and cables in the back slot (which could also hold a computer).
