Issue #41 of free bi-monthly Underwater Photography Magazine is now available for download.

This is the biggest ever issue and contains articles of many Photographers and Wetpixelers like Carol Grant, Mark Baine, Dave Harasti, Mark Webster, Alex Mustard, Berkley White, Rob Spray, Karin Brussaard, Alex Kirkbride, Aengus Moran, Don Silcock, Joseph Dovala, Martin Edge, Andrea & Antonella Ferrari, Dejan Marvic, Nigel Marsh and yours truly.

Equipment reviews on Ikelite and Sea & Sea D300 housings, Aquatica D3, Seatool Xti, Seacam Seaflash 250, among others.

I just posted this comment on the front page - here it is for any who miss it.

Kudos to Peter Rowlands :D


That’s Peter Rowlands shot of a young manatee with severe propeller scars on the cover of UWP #41. I’m glad he chose a shot of his for the cover and I believe it shows while it is easy to look at and love endearing manatee photographs - Peter’s photograph here shows what really needs to change. How can we continue doing this to such curious, peaceful and docile mammals?

Plus he took this with a compact camera (that he had along in addition to his HD Video). So you don’t have to have “boo-koo” $$$ of u/w equipment to capture a compelling manatee photograph and make a difference.
