Our local photo club had the instructor for advanced digital imaging for a local college in to give a presentation last week. I always knew I wasn't that good at photoshop, but this lady is awesome!
She has a website that is available to all with serveral galleries, (check out the photo retouch gallery for some before and after stuff) and she has several tutorials with images that you can work through on your own.
Very nice site and some great lessons.
