Here's an HDTV camera I stumbled onto: http://www.thomsongr.../cameras/viper/

Thought it would be interesting here event though it's not digital still.

This camera has 3 2/3" CCD's, each with 9.2MP and the camera has a claimed SNR of 66dB.
I love it when a plan comes together.

Just a few more tidbits for the computer geeks among us. The camera records direct to disk using a portable disk pack. It generates 2.2 GB/sec of data. The pack can record 25 minutes of video which places its raw capacity at over 3TB. To edit two streams and write the result in real time, you'd need about 70 times the capacity of gigabit ethernet. My monitor's getting a little moist...
