Saw this today, Grand Cayman. About 2-3ft long. Looks very much like a Mutton Snapper, but check out that face!! never seen one like this before, anyone know what it is? cant find it in the book.

It is a Dog Snapper (Lutjanus jocu). The face is a bit messed up. Probably from an injury earlier in it's life.
