The person who 'stole' your pic has an eye for class. . . .
Not many people have the 'smarts' to seperate these critters from their background. . . . .Truly a beautiful picture.
Must be hard being at the top of your game and everyone wanting a piece of you. . . .
The act of removing the copyright would suggest a sinister act. . .
So sue the bastard...
Happy New Year Jen,

... I guess that the only answer is to deface your images with copyright over the subject.
I've used your method for a while, but I'm now thinking of putting the big "C" over the image.
I don't Flickr, though.

Many thanks for pointing that out Jen! I'll be contacting them with a complaint too!

I've also seen one of Allison Finch's and one of Erwin Poliakoff's images too. I've sent both of them a message to alert them too.

That's what makes the rest of us want to shoot super-macro, taking thousands of just-barely-out-of-focus shots in an attempt to get one half that good!
Canon 5DMkII in Aquatica, 1DsMkII in Seacam, G15 in RecSea...Inon Z240's...too many lenses
