Yup- you can use panorama factory or something like ptgui. I've done it with several underwater images- e.g:

and if you're wondering about the weird hand gestures I was trying to keep myself down having put most of my weight on the tripod

I have been looking into doing some panorama VR stuff for an upcoming project, and have discovered some cool things. I applied one of them to the panorama that 'Wagsy' posted near the top of this thread. Small world, isn't it?

I guess I wasn't quite clear about this shot. It is actually your panorama photo. I just gave at a little treatment with Photoshop.The 'small world' reference was just a bad pun. By the way, where is Penguin Island anyway? It looks like a great place.

Hey wagsy they are not new, have a look here for a mini planet tutorial. I have done a few UW images but none have come out too clever.

Har Har...Well for taking still images it is.
Its so easy for anyone to be taking good images now days.

It is indeed restrictive when used as a video camera but certain shots its works pretty cool.

I don't think so.
Why would I buy a laptop that's twice the price and not be able to edit the raw 7D video files on.

I have been editing the raw files straight from the 7D with my Vista PC laptop with EDIUS.
Even better on my Quad PC running XP.

Here is one of my creations., maybe there needs to be a section for up top video too now.
