Hmmmm. I don't recall any talk of web usage.......

Hmmm indeed...... for what its worth Paul, I charge more for PDF usage than web use. Why? It can be used on ebooks, shared and give away by all and sundry. For these reasons the format should be costing publishers more than printed media....
If there were no web rights acquired will you pursue them? There are several simple steps to take to ensure a quick resolution - PM me if you need advice.
And let me know if you need a very tame and very helpful no-win-no-fee lawyer. They take 25% but damages for web use can run to the cost of a new Seacam.

The stingray shot that is the lead shot in the underwater section is a very nice over/under shot
