After a complete trouncing in the 7ft waves at Balangan surf break in Bali yesterday I decided to go out again this morning in slightly smaller seas with the 70-200mm fitted to a 500D, still not confident enough to dunk the 5DMkII! This way I could be at a distance and watch others getting dunked. Having every air cavity in your body squeezed and tested, being sucked down and bounced across a shallow rocky reef until you're bursting for air is not a happy feeling. New found respect for mother nature!!

Cheers,
Mark.
