Looks pretty disappointing, but with the positioning of the 7D there was little chance the 60D was going to be a better but cheaper camera, and it was perhaps inevitable that a lot of people would be crestfallen about an $1099 camera.
I'm really surprised they opted for a swivel screen that has to be out and to the left in order for the user to look down at it from above. I would think having the articulation at the top of the screen would've allowed for a quick-and-easy 45 or 90-degree tilt that would be very helpful for videography or shooting andscapes. With
this design, holding the camera with two hands would seem to be pretty awkward.
I expect a lot of people will now go ahead and buy the 7D... or jump ship to Nikon.
