Welcome to wetpixel.
These look great for your first time out. It looks like you had som pretty cooperative subjects.
You can get some pretty good pictures with they Olympus system, but you need to get close to make the most of the camera's internal flash. If the camera focuses at around 8 inches, then try to take most of your shots between 8 inches and 2 feet. You will be happiest with the results if you stay in that "sweet spot" because you will get the best color.
Some rules of thumb that might help you:
Get close
Shoot upwards
Shoot fish from the front if possible
And most important of all - make SURE to check out Jeff Farris's webpage on the Olympus camera and PT housing. IMO, he is the "godfather" of UW shooting with this setup.
