Excellent, indeed. It takes real talent to make a city as ugly as this look nice. Although, in your favour, it was dark...

I would rather have been travelling home from Yours and Martins talk which I hear was a great success, but I could not get out of working yesterday. Honestly there were so many chav's there it was untrue. Louise and I just looked at each other and both said simultaneously " Jeremy Kyle " ( for the Americans that translates to ( Jerry Springer ) Most of them could be guests from either programme.

The rain stopped for the 15 minutes of fireworks which we were glad for, but there was little to no wind so the smoke from the fireworks lingered for far too long.

Lovely colours Stew!

I've never been to Southhampton.....I do like their firework display...and hey!...... at least they could afford one.

All we have over here are a few sparklers.......left over from the last tiger hunt....
