Recently I found some of my work reproduced on this site:-

Diveplanet New Zealand

I have no record of issuing a delivery note or invoice for said use, and the owner of the site has not produced one single piece of evidence to support their claim that 'someone gave them permission'. The material has been removed, but payment for the infringement remains outstanding.

If any Wetpixeler should find any images of theirs used without permission on diveplanet website, please PM me.
