WTB complete Ikelite setup for D7000

I just upgraded from my Nikon D300 and now I'd like a complete Ikelite setup for a Nikon D7000

Needed: Ikelite 8" dome port with shade & neoprene cover and 5510.11 port extension
Ikelite 6801.70 Underwater Housing
