I just ran across this light on ebay. It claims 800 lumens, with built-in re-chargeable, and looks tiny from the picture. It looks similar to the iTorch in its 80 degree beam (i.e., not as wide as a Sola 600), but looks smaller and has the benefit of a built in rechargeable...and is only $200. Seems almost too good to be true -- anyone tried one?

full specs are on the website: http://www.laluzoptics.com/L800.html:

I guess I'll be the guinea pig -- I'll check it out and report back what I find.

Hi'
Did you actually decide to buy the light ?

If yes, what is your impression?

This is a bit late, but I finally got to try the light. On my trip last year, the mount I bought for my Aquatica housing didn't fit properly, so I wasn't able to. I just used it as a focus light, and used two on a gopro rig. Bang for the buck, it seems like a great light. It is definitely high quality, simple, and reliable so far.
