During my last dive i switched one off then later when i tried to turn it on only the modeling light would work so i though maybe the battery was nearly flat.
I charged the battery and turned it back on and the flash still didnt work and then it was making some weird noised as it was charging up then made a popping sound and now the modeling light wont work either.

It doesnt look like any water has got in and the red "ready" light still works if i switch it to on.

Any thoughts?

I'm thinking that needs to go back to Ikelite.

The red light is an indication of battery strength, not the strobe.

Good luck with it.
