I was hoping to get some guidance on the best way to start an effort to get this off the menu and perhaps some grass root support on this.
We have a casino in the Sacramento area that is one of the highest revenue casinos in the entire United States and it came to my attention from a news article the other day that they offer Shark Fin Soup. I am extremely disappointed and would like to see if something can be done.

There have been a few posts about the subject which may help. I know I started one about Shark Fin soup in Casino's in Vegas, and I know there were other threads about various things where Shark Fin got pulled. There is also a pinned topic on the subject, though I know there is more on the boards somewhere.
These are two of the threads I mentioned, and I will search some more because there have been other good ideas and success.

Wasn't there a law recently passed in California banning the sale of shark fin soup? I think there was but with the provision that restaurants were allowed to sell off and use up their remaining stock. Would like clarification on this if at all possible.
