This might be a way to avoid the mirror of your D7000 flipping up and down when shooting a HDR bracketing series.
Set CL or CH.
Switch to Live View, mirror flips up. Set bracketing to 3F 2.0

Then hold down the shutter and you have your 3 bracketed shots captured with no mirror flipping. Only the shutter moving up and down.
