I have been working with LR 4 since yesterday, and although some features are pretty neat, other standbys have gone missing, rendering Presets useless. There are numerous complaints as is per usual with Adobe releases regarding crashing and slower than molasses response times. Also, to use the LR 4 changes in Photoshop CS5, you have to have Adobe Camera Raw 6.7 installed, which is only available as a release candidate.

So, you might just want to hold off before jumping in...I never seem to learn.
