Texture of Tapioca - eggs??

I found this mass of eggs(??) that resemble transparent tapioca - mid reef at a depth of 60ft/18m. Bequia, St Vincent and the Grenadines. Anyone know if they are eggs and whom they might belong too?

It's hard to tell. Might be eggs from something pelagic like a fish or squid that's drifted down to the bottom & got caught.
