For sale:

Subal ND3s U/W-housing for the Nikon D3s.

The housing is equipped with GS180 viewfinder.
Like new, no schratches or such like that, never flooded, used for 100 dives only. Bought from Subal Austria in November 2010. Therefore still under warranty until November 2012. Without port, incl. cover f. housing bayonet.

Price EUR 3'000 / CHF 3'600 / USD 4'000 (worldwide shipment, shipping costs additionally).

How about my used but almost brand new housing for half the price, i.e. $3325 (plus shipping)!!!!

Hi Juerg,

I am sure your camera will sell, but it will probably take time. There are not so many people looking to house the D3s - so I think that the problem is not the price - it just might be a while until someone is looking for a housing for this camera.

Thank you, Alex, for your kind advice...

yeah, probably will have to be patient a bit longer....
In the meantime I will get the new Subal housing for the D4 in about 2 weeks from now (being number one on Subal's waiting list) and will go to Cocos with it end of June.
It really socks to change these expensive housings on and on after just little time, hoping with the D4 it will last now for a couple of years...

Btw, the new Subal D4 hosusing is awesome. Similar to the Nauticam (which you have reported here recently) it comes with additional buttons for
- FN + PV
- Video start button
- Port lock
- AF-ON and AF-ON vertical (although don't know for what the vertical in addition to the regular AF-ON should be good...)
- fast ISO button for the left thumb
- Main selector for the right thumb
- Sub Dial
etc.

Yes - I have seen the photos - although not a housing, yet. I have been told they have taken the voice recording button off since the prototype.
