Today, one of Luisa´s Sea&Sea YS110alpha strobes got drowned through the front part (don´t know exactly where, but the battery compartment was dry so I understand it has to be covered by warranty). It was her third dive with them after having finally got a double handle tray I called the seller and told me that it had to be sent to Japan and that I should expect around four months or more of waiting time he also told me that they were not being made any more...

Anyone else has had problems with this model before? what about Sea&Sea repairing/exchanging time periods?

I feel pretty disappointed as the S95, housing, WA lens, tray and strobes were presents I got her and it seems that she will have to wait at least until the end of the summer to have the complete system working

Have you emailed Sea&Sea? Could be faster if you send it directly.

I am not sure I believe that. I know Backscatter repairs Sea & Sea strobes because I got a quote last year. But possibly because it's a warranty issue they would require that but seams fishy.

The spanish distributor called me to send them the strobe directly to them to speed up the process. Thank you both!
