Hi,
I have a nikon d90 with ikelite housing.
my strobe is a Ikelite DS 200.
m
I was wondering if i can use my cheapo ikelite AQ/S strobes as a slave/fill strobe.
I been using them topside as slaves with my aquarium pictures, they work well with that.
I understand that they usuially would have problems with the preflash signal, but wouldn't they just be triggered by the DS200 when it sends out its burst?

Nikon D90, Ikelite housing, Ikelite DS-200, DS 50 strobes, Nikkor 60mm, Nikkor 105mm.

If your DS-200 does not put out a preflash, then yes the slave strobe should fire at the right time but I suspect it might be a full dump.
