Warning came too late for me Eric. Was browsing the thread about how long folks keep their housings closed when I was invaded by "Security Shield" or some such thing telling me I had umpteen virus'. Then trying to get me to download their programme that I understand goes after your persomal details if you are daft enough to do so. Wouldn't let me access my malware programmes, the internet or system restore. Took me all morning to finally (and hopefully!) get rid of it. Hope you get it sorted soon

@JimG Same thing happened to me over weekend on my father-in-law's laptop- I was driven bonkers by this 'Security Shield' pop up- soo- I let the battery run down on the laptop...rebooted it and it seems to be resolved.
Just wondering tho'- do you/anyone else here think it is resolved?
I am not a computer person.
Txs in advance

ps. big thanks to Eric an Adam for getting us back on line with our forums! :-)

I know what it takes to maintain and solve forum problems as I used to own and manage the largest Ducati forum in the world. I truly appreciate your efforts and thank you for getting it back up and running.

Thanks Eric for all your work to get the site back up. Look very nice in the new format. I've been working on a new store site and even with a team of developers, we're all about burned out on it.
